TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Race & Dream experiences are subject to availability and require a confirmed reservation.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate reservation information and selecting the correct experience, date, time and number of participants.

A deposit or payment may be required to secure a reservation.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms presented during booking.

The person making the reservation authorizes applicable charges associated with the confirmed reservation.

Customers who cancel at least seventy-two (72) hours before their scheduled reservation may be eligible for a refund according to the booking terms.

Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled reservation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking terms.

Guests should arrive 15–30 minutes before their scheduled experience. Late arrivals may lose riding time or may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. Failure to appear may be treated as a no-show and may result in the reservation becoming non-refundable.

21+ to book or rent. 16+ may operate when eligible. 4+ may ride as a passenger. Additional requirements may apply depending on the experience.

Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in. The cardholder and/or payment method used for the reservation may also be subject to verification.

ATV guests must:

• Follow guide instructions and wear required safety equipment.
• Wear closed-toe shoes and remain with the guided group.
• Operate responsibly, follow designated trails and avoid reckless riding.

All ATV experiences are subject to applicable participation and safety requirements.

Jet Ski guests must follow all safety instructions, use required flotation and safety equipment, follow guide or team instructions, operate responsibly, follow applicable boating rules and meet all applicable operator requirements.

Florida boating education requirements may apply to Jet Ski operators born on or after January 1, 1988. Guests are responsible for completing any legally required boating education or temporary certification before operating when applicable. This requirement does not apply to ATV experiences.

Safety is a condition of participation. Guests must follow all instructions provided by Race & Dream staff and guides. Dangerous, reckless, abusive or intentionally unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the experience.

Race & Dream ATV and Jet Ski experiences are guided or supervised according to the specific experience booked. Guests must remain within designated operating areas and follow instructions from the Race & Dream team.

Machines may accommodate a driver and passenger when permitted. Approximately 500 lbs maximum combined rider weight may apply depending on the machine and experience. Race & Dream may require additional machines when necessary for safety or equipment limitations.

Experiences may be delayed, modified or canceled because of weather, water conditions, safety concerns or other operating conditions. Race & Dream will communicate available options according to the applicable booking terms.

Race & Dream provides or designates equipment required for the booked experience. Guests must use equipment as instructed and report any issue before operation.

Guests may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless operation or violation of instructions. Applicable charges may be assessed according to the booking terms.

Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings. Race & Dream is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items brought to an experience.

Guests may not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs or any substance that could affect safe operation. Race & Dream may refuse participation or remove any guest without refund when safety requires it.

Race & Dream may capture photography or video during experiences for business and promotional purposes. Guests should notify the team before participation if they have a concern about appearing in media.

ATV and Jet Ski activities involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage and changing environmental conditions. Guests voluntarily participate and should carefully consider their ability to participate safely.

All required waivers and releases must be completed before participation. A parent or legal guardian may be required for eligible minors, as applicable.

Race & Dream may refuse or end participation when a guest violates these terms, instructions or safety requirements, or creates a risk to themselves, staff, guests or equipment.

Experiences, equipment, schedules and requirements may change based on availability, safety, operational needs or applicable law. The terms presented at booking may contain additional details.
